Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing (leggings, joggers, or gym shorts) that allows for a full range of motion.

Osteopathy is generally very gentle. While some areas of tension may feel tender, we work within your comfort level to encourage relaxation and alignment.

Most patients feel relaxed and experience immediate relief, though some may feel mild tiredness or soreness for 24-48 hours as the body adjusts to the changes. This is a normal part of the healing process as your circulation improves and your structural alignment resets.
